This Privacy Policy describes how personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from me via www.alisonorchard.com, social media, my studio, or venues where I hold workshops, demonstrations or exhibitions, both in the UK and overseas.

PERSONAL INFORMATION I COLLECT

When you make a purchase from me, book a place on a workshop or book me to teach or demonstrate, I may collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including PayPal, bank transfer and credit card numbers), email address, and phone number. If you complete a subscribe form either via my website, email, or a paper version, I will keep your information but will also ask you to confirm by email (Double Opt-In) and you can unsubscribe at anytime.

HOW DO I USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

I use the information that I collect generally to fulfil any orders, processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, sending pre-workshop information, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations. Additionally, I use this information, when in line with the preferences you have shared with me, to provide you with information or advertising relating to my products or services.

SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

I only share your Personal Information with third parties to help me use your Personal Information, as described above. For example I may use Royal Mail or Parcel Force to post out artwork. Additionally, please note that your information may be transferred outside of Europe, including to the United States. For example, the mailing system I use is Mailchimp which is based in the U.S. and therefore your contact details are held in their system.

Finally, I may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

BEHAVIOURAL ADVERTISING
As described above, I may use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted information or marketing communications I believe may be of interest to you.
