Delivery & returns
We offer FREE UK delivery (for addresses within mainland UK) either via a tracked postal service, or in some cases, by a personal delivery, for all artwork purchased from this website.
We hope you will be totally happy with your purchase. If for any reason this is not so, then please get in touch within 14 days from receipt of the artwork to discusss a return and refund. In the case of a return, we would require that the artwork is sent in its original packaging as delivered. Please consider using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage in transit. In the case of a personal delivery please contact us to arrange a pick-up.
In the very rare case of damage upon receipt, please contact me immediately and provide photographic evidence of the damage to assist with the claim. In some cases, it may be possible to repair damage.
Where a return is neccessary, we will refund the full price of the artwork, upon safe return, as well as the pre-agreed cost for the return postage.
We do not accept returns for items that have been damaged post-delivery.
Workshop Cancellations
In the event that I am unable to run the workshop all bookings will be refunded.
If you have booked a workshop and are no longer able to attend please let me know as soon as possible. If I am notified more than two weeks before the event I will refund your place (less a £10 admin fee) only if I am able to fill your place from my waiting list.
If I am notified 2 weeks or less before the workshop you will not recieve a refund.
